Eiki International, Inc. a world leader for over 40 years in projection technology, is pleased to announce the appointment of John Schippers to the position of Chief Operating Officer. As an Eiki employee for over 11 years, Schippers is well-versed in the company’s operations, making him well-suited to assume his new responsibilities. As the company’s Chief Operating Officer, Schippers has oversight of Eiki’s operations in the USA, Canada, plus Central and South America. Presented by the Center for Puppetry Arts from April 3rd through May 26th, Harold and the Purple Crayon is a story about a curious young boy who has the power to create anything he can imagine, simply by drawing it with his oversized purple crayon. The show takes advantage of Pepper’s Ghost effect, which is an illusion technique used in the theatre, amusement parks, museums, television, and concerts. And to create the Pepper’s Ghost effect, two EK-612X projectors with AH-A22020 lenses from Eiki International Inc. were utilized. read more →
